audioers will also promote and contact artists all along the world to produce content which will be either purchased one off, if not collaborated for streaming on revenue terms agreed if quality of the content is admissible. However, audioers will own complete rights to reject the content even though might have agreed to buy during story finalising stage but not produced with at most quality deliverable standards. This is done to respecting customers choice and making sure that customers are always getting the best content and value for money. Content purchased or co-sold by audioers team might be produced by your team in complete format or individual work of the complete format (like storywriter, director, screenplay) cannot assume to use audioers logo on your material unless if you haven’t received our permission in writing or approval on your email. Do not use the audioers logo or audioers on your profile of your own or in any manner that implies sponsorship or endorsement by audioers unless asked for written or email based permission.
A product which would be streamed over audioers.com will be automatically branded under audioers name or logo which is a reflection of audioers highest quality standards. Unless you are one of our licensees, we don’t allow others to make, sell, or give away anything with our name or logo on it. Once sold or collaborated with audioers, vendors will be signing a collaboration agreement

The software and hardware used for audio production for audioers are open source, purchased licensed copies on professional setup. Hardware devices and Studio Setup are purchased and done with state of the art systems to retain highest quality production. Servers and CDN to enable streaming of the audioers service may contain software available under open source or free software licenses (“Open Source Software”) and/or commercial software licensed to audioers by parties (“Commercial Software”).
The audioers terms of use do not alter any rights or obligations you may have under those Open Source Software licenses.
