Since, we have availed every customer / user access to free account to experience the product, audioers would not offer any refund. We encourage our customers / users to try the product trailer (or service) before making purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

Refunds: audioers service charges are prepaid in nature and will incur creating content, graphic representation and hosting services connection with your use of the streaming service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged to your chosen Payment Method. The length of your billing cycle will depend on the type of subscription i.e., adhoc, monthly or yearly that you choose when you sign-up for the service. Visit our website and click on the "My Account" page to see your next payment date for renewal. We may authorize your Payment Method in anticipation of membership or service-related charges through various methods, including authorizing it for one time (ad-hoc service request) or approximately one month of service (monthly subscription service) or approximately one year of service (yearly subscription service) as soon as you register. Once registration is complete, there would no refund paid under no circumstances as we would be investing all the revenue in generating new content and streaming it over internet which is highly revenue oriented. However, no refund is possible. Payment Methods audioers service can be accessed by paying through payment gateway, bank transfer or redeeming of gift coupon. However, no cash transaction will be allowed. You authorize us to your subscription fee for delivering seamless streaming service for the payment done. If a payment gateway does not successfully settle within the stipulated time, due to expiration time, insufficient funds in bank, or otherwise some other unknown problem, for that you do not cancel your account, we might suspend your account access to the service until we have successfully received payment. For some Payment methods, the issuer card or bank might charge certain fee; such as foreign transaction fees or other related fees relating to the processing of payment method.


Cancellation: Every member has rights to cancel your audioers membership at any time which will leave your account in suspension however the unpaid amount will not be kept under suspension which will be expiring on stipulated time during payment; and you can continue to have access to the audioers service by paying the following membership amount anytime after suspension if entire amount is said to be expired. However, if the amount isn’t expired, you can use the services until the amount is expired. As per the permitted by the applicable law followed by international countries, payments are never non-refundable and do not provide refunds or credit transfer for any partial membership from one account to another or extension for future period under suspension or unheard audioers content. To suspend the account, go to the "Account" page, please send an email to info@audioers.com. If you would like to cancel the membership, account will auto close at the end of your stipulated billing period during payment. If you signed up for audioers using your account with a collaborative company special offer and wish to cancel your audioers membership, you may need to do so through by sending an email to info@audioers.com
